Privacy at ElitePA

Effective October 6, 2026

ElitePA is designed to process only the information needed to provide assistant services such as scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, and meeting briefs.

Information we process

We process account information, assistant preferences, connected-calendar information, authorized email conversations, and service activity necessary to operate ElitePA.

Email access

Core scheduling does not require unrestricted access to your entire email inbox. ElitePA processes messages sent to or copied to your assigned assistant and related authorized replies.

Calendar access

Calendar connections use provider-authorized OAuth access. ElitePA does not receive or store your Google or Microsoft account password.

Service providers

ElitePA may use specialized infrastructure providers for email transport, calendar connectivity, payment processing, hosting, and AI processing. Access is limited to what is needed to provide the service.

Your choices

You may disconnect calendar access, pause your assistant, or request account deletion. Assistant email identities that have been externally assigned may remain permanently retired to prevent misdelivery to a future customer.
