ElitePA Terms of Service

Effective October 6, 2026

These terms govern use of ElitePA. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use ElitePA only for lawful professional and personal-assistance purposes.

Assistant service

ElitePA provides AI-powered assistant functionality including scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, and meeting briefs. Customers remain responsible for reviewing their account settings and for decisions made using the service.

Authorized use

ElitePA may not be used for unsolicited bulk or cold outreach, impersonation, harassment, unlawful activity, or attempts to bypass service limits or access controls.

Billing

Paid service is billed according to the plan selected at signup. Trials and promotional periods are subject to the limits presented during enrollment. Subscriptions may be cancelled according to the billing controls provided in the account.

Availability

We work to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Calendar providers, email providers, and other third-party services may occasionally affect operation.

Assistant identities

Assistant identities and addresses are assigned by ElitePA. Previously active assistant email addresses may be permanently retired and not reassigned for security and continuity.
